I bake a lot. Love that I can put 5 batches of mix in the bowl to bake at one time! I've not mastered getting the beater out yet, but love the size and mixing speeds.

I was able to get a Kitchenaid Pro from Best Buy for less than an Artesian at Walmart, this mixer is great and love all the different attachments you can get for it.

Sturdy and very good item. Great for making bread as well as other things. I bought the meat grinder attachment so I can ground meat. This is something that’s been on my list for years and I’m happy I finally got it. You won’t ever want to buy any other brand after getting this kitchen aid. You won’t regret it.

Biggest and best mixer you can get, no downsides really as long as you can get it on sale. Regular price is rather high. Range of attachments is quite good, you can buy third party ones or used ones for cheap, they're not hard to find. Official attachments cost a lot new, sometimes half of what you paid for the whole mixer!

Powerful, large capacity mixer. With some stand mixers, you swing the head up or down to change beaters, remove the bowl, etc. In this one, you raise & lower the bowl itself. As a result, you don't have all the weight of the motor putting pressure on a hinge point. Because the bowl is so large, this is better for big jobs; if you just want to whip half a cup of cream, use a handheld electric mixer.

A powerful mixer to make large batches of baked goods. This is a hefty and large mixer! Make sure to keep a firm hold on it when moving/carrying had have designated counter space for it. The matte navy blue is gorgeous, which is a contrast to the high gloss of the other colors.

Beautiful color, excellent quality and great size!

Compared this against the artisan model and found that this one is higher quality (metal gears) for about the same price. However, this only comes in a few colors.
