First of all, it was a good deal compared to what is charged for new ones. Too soon to tell about relaibility, but everything works. Dough hook works very well, in that it gets around the whole bowl. Attaching bowl to mixer is a little awkward, have to almost jam it into place. Mixer head does not flip up to get attachment out of the bowl easily, but bowl does raise and lower a little to allow the switching or removal of attachments, which has to be done anyway in order to remove the bowl. Nice unit; no defects (like chipped paint or damage). Given past experience with Kitchen Aid products, this is the only way I would purchase one (refurbished).

Was about hit submit order to a diefferent store for the Classic Kitchenaid 275 watt model...luckily I paused and searched Best Buy, this was actually cheaper then i would have been paying for the Classic. This was put to work the day it was opened and has been used pretty much every 3-4 days since. Works like a champ. No complaints only wish it would have included the pouring shield...not that it is needed. I am surprised i didnt buy one earlier. A+ Refurbished is the way to go.

Wasn’t sure about buying a reconditioned appliance, but am so glad that I took the chance. It is in perfect condition – looks great! It has been so much fun making things that normally I would just purchase at the store. Tonight I made fresh whipped cream for the strawberry shortcake.

this is a great mixer if I bought at reg. price could not afford it just don't put beaters in dishwasher they pit, not stainless steel

this is a very professional mixer. It is much better than the ones at sams club or costco.

These mixers are top of the line for home use. Dont waste your money on the under powered units sold at department stores at a higher price... Buy a refurb from Best Buy and get more power at a lower price.

This mixer is as good as new at half the price of the best discount you can find! Works great, no imperfections visible. Wonderful deal on a great product!

All my experience with this mixer has been excellent. I truly reccommend it.

I've used it for bread, brownies, and two cakes so far and it's everything I hoped it would be. I don't know how I survived so many years without it.

First of all - I like Best Buy and have always been pleased with items purchased from them. I know these are fantastic mixers and I don't mind buying a refurbished unit as long as it is refurbished correctly. The mixer I received was damaged and seem to have food encrusted underneath and into the rubber feet. The return process was great. They said I could just take it to my local Best Buy store instead of shipping it back myself. Can't beat that. I will give this one more shot and reorder the same mixer after I am sure that all money has been refunded.
