    I'm a vegetarian and bought this to grind chickpeas to make falafels and make jellies. It took me some time to figure how to use it. Instructions are not great for a beginner like myself. The drawback with kitchenaid accessories are they are very expensive and since I do not use it very often, it was not a good value for me.

    Boyfriend just bought a kitchen aid. These turned out to be the best birthday gift. He loves them. Does a lot of hunting and processing his own meat so these come in handy for him.
