Great oven. The smart capabilities are fantastic too

Plugin's are a great idea adding steam and a heated grill or stone. However, you can't switch from the plugin like steam to bake without removing the plugin. It would have been simple to switch from one to the other with an electronic switch making it easy to steam and then finish bread in the oven without removing the accessory. There are no recipe updates or firmware updates since the product was released and clearly a lack of recipes relating to the use of the plugins. The "proofing" mode is too warm no matter how you adjust the temperature compensation. Baking a pizza on the stone accessory won't brown the top of the pizza either. I wish I had bought a Wolf convection steam oven.

Great oven, technology abounds with the greatest sliding top shelf I have ever seen.

We cant wait to try out the many features of this smart oven. We’re in process of setting up the program to control this and other appliances by iPhone.

They replaced a faulty wall oven with in 48 hours.

Dows not back even. Only two racks. Racks not easy to remove. Stove glass difficult to clean. I bought all KitchenAid for my new home. Will never di that again. Quality not good anymore.
