We have had our KitchenAid dishwasher only 2 days but we love it. Extremely quiet. Easy to use. Cleans well. But.. On Jan 15 dishwasher was delivered but was damaged. This came to light when my appliance installer (not Best Buy installer) removed it from the box. I chose to use my own local appliance repair company to install. An Undamaged replacement was delivered on Jan 18. My appliance installer returned to my house to install the replacement. As normal, the appliance installer charged his "service call" fee of $59 for this first visit. This is standard practice whether or not an appliance is repaired or worked on. On Jan 16, I spoke to a Geek Squad agent who gave me a Case ID number. He said to call back after the install to receive compensation for the initial service call fee. I called Jan 20 and Geek Squad said there were no notes in the file and they would not provide compensation "at this time". So, BB delivers a damaged $1,000 machine that could not be installed; I am responsible for paying the appliance installers "show up" fee even though initial call to geek squad indicated BB would cover it. Seems everything is the customers fault/responsibility. I recommend the machine but not the vendor.

I have only had this for a week but it is pretty awesome. It is so quiet that we ran it during dinner and no one heard a thing. It has cleaned well and the adjustable top shelf came in handy for Thanksgiving water glasses. Make sure to use the detergent packets and have the jet dry for after to eliminate spots. The delivery was a bit of a problem but that is not the machines fault.

My wife said our dishwasher that was 29> YO was not doing a good job for what it was meant to do. I figured it had a good run and it was time to get new technology. Wow this machine is the cats butt. The delay start is cool but even if you run it during dinner you will be hard pressed to know its running. It's as quiet as a snail wearing slippers. And clean, to quote Gomer Pile "golie gee the dishes are CLEAN.... In my research I discovered KitcbenAid is a subsidiary of Whirlpool. Sort of the high end product. It was more than I wanted to spend but if it lasts 29> the cost per use will be low. LH

Bought this based on reviews from Consumers Report and online reviews. I must say all 5 stars are warranted, this dishwasher is so quiet compared to any that I've had before. The dishes also come out squeaky clean and dry no matter how dirty.I love the fact that I don't have to rinse anything off before hand because the filter doesn't let dirty water to just keep circulating. Did I mention how quiet it is.

Putchased as replacement for old Sears dishwasher that started leaking. We have been very pleased with how clean and dry dishes are at end of cycle. It is extremely quiet, uses much less soap and easy to load. Researched many choices and decided to go with top finisher in Consumer Reports testing.

Installed by Geek 11/24/17. They were prompt, did an excellent installation job and cleaned up. I did my research and settled on this dishwasher because it was on sale, quiet, and had excellent reviews for cleaning. After almost 30 days of using the dishwasher we are very pleased, all of the dishes and glass ware is clean and spot free. We do rinse off the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher just to remove left on food particles. We have used both the liquid dishwasher soap and the packets and both seem to work equally well. I will state we have not used the power cycle yet.

Love the dishwasher! The racks are very adjustable. Love that it has a heater that dries the dishes. Everything comes out sparkling clean and it is very quiet.

OK - only had this for a month, but so far so good. Controls are easy to figure and configure. Dishes get REALLY clean in this one - much better than our old system that often left dishes dirtier at the top level than they started (and yes - all of those little jets on the sweeper arm were cleaned out, as were the filters/grinders/etc.). As advertised, the unit is SUPER QUIET - no distractions when you're watching the tele in the adjacent room. The unit is handsome, as is obvious in the photos. Understated elegance if anything. Assembly/installation took a wee bit longer than I expected - probably 2x what the unit it replaced took (so about 3-4 hours in total with just one person - me -doing the entire job). Overall, an excellent machine and well worth the money, especially if you can get it on a deep discount/sale as I did. Fingers crossed that it doesn't start leaking out of every possible seal like the old dishwasher did:)

This dishwasher fits what we wanted. The price point was where we needed it to be, stainless steel finish, quiet, and it does a good job of getting everything clean. It does vent out the side, not sure how that will impact surrounding cabinets.

This dishwasher replaces an original construction dishwasher in our house. This one does an excellent job in washing the dishes. We were having to wash them 2x with our old dishwasher but they are cleaned during the first round now. Also it is extremely quiet during operation. We can talk at normal conversation levels while the machine is operating and no one notices that the dishwasher is running. We are very pleased with the construction & running of this new dishwasher!

This dishwasher cleans very well. If I use the drying option, everything dries except for the hollows in the top of some items. It is quiet as the reviews say. With the drying option chosen, the cycle time is much longer than my previous dishwasher.

Love this dishwasher! Not only does it look great but it works great too! I love the adjustable top rack. The heated dry function works great too. This dishwasher is also very quiet when running which is an added bonus feature! Would definitely recommend!

This dishwasher has a nice variety of settings, it has been doing an excellent job of cleaning. Love the stainless steel liner. The extra bonus points here are how quiet it is in comparison to my older dishwasher. I did study all of the Consumer Report reviews prior to this purchase which is what helped drive the choice. I had Geek Squad installation and they did a good job.

I had no idea that a dishwasher could be so quiet. We used to wait until we went out or went to bed to run the old one it was so loud. I am not sure why or how but the dishes are cleaner. The real proof is in the glasses. No residue inside or spots outside. REALLY CLEAN. I never thought I would be excited about the performance of a dishwasher, but this is great.

This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans and dries well. We compared Bosch and Kitchenaid before purchasing We have owned Kitchenaid for years and ultimately liked the layout of the inside better with the Kitchenaid.

We looked at several models plus read tons of reviews online and from Consumer Reports before making our decision. All of the great reviews and high ratings from Consumer Reports led us to choosing this Kitchen Aid model. It does a wonderful job cleaning the dishes, and is so quiet that we rarely hear it make a sound. We're very happy with our purchase.

It is so very quiet! For anything that is dried on you must use one of the tougher cycles which takes a long time but I just turn it on after dinner and I don’t have to worry about it. Dries the dishes well which is one of the key reasons I bought this machine.

My biggest feedback is not so much on the dishwasher but on the great customer service I received from Best Buy during my experience. I actually bought this as an open box item, and got a GREAT deal. Was willing to accept a slightly flawed exterior as long as it worked, figuring it would work way better than a cheap model for the same price. The free installation deal running with this brand extended to open box purchases...bonus! But unfortunately, it was overlooked that the pieces needed to install the machine in my home were missing until they came to install. I called the store where I purchased it, and to compensate for their mistake, Best Buy offered me brand new in box dishwasher, at the same cost I paid for the open box, damaged model! WOW!!! That is above and beyond taking responsibility for an error. Awesome customer service, Best Buy! As for the machine, I've only had it a short time. It's is QUIET and cleans the dishes well. I do rinse them before loading and use a finishing agent as recommended. I like that it has a heated drying cycle, too. It looks great with my other stainless appliances from another brand (I wasn't about to buy Samsung dishwasher again after mine failed 1 month after the year warranty ran out!) I appreciate the buying experience and the product I ended up with.
