The Bluetooth speaker market has become extraordinarily crowded with low cost, cheap sounding offerings of late, so it is rare that you find one that in the mid-priced market that provides anything more than tinny, directional sound. The Klipsch GiG isn't the loudest and doesn't quite deliver the thumping bass that many people look for, but if you want omnidirectional, balanced, unstrained sound out of a compact, well priced, wireless speaker, you should stop your search with the GiG (especially if you can get it on sale).

I love this speaker. My son has one and told me about it. I ordered one and I have not been disappointed. The speaker has great sound and good bass too. The rechargeable battery seems to last forever. The speaker phone is another great option. I can't say anything bad about this Klipsch speaker and would highly recommend.

Picked this up to replace a bose mini sound link. Nothing wrong with the bose aside from the sound. The gig just sounds better. Bass isn't exaggerated. Only complaint is the usb/charge cord wasn't very well thought out.

I purchased this speaker to use alone while I was away from home. I looked at some cheaper models, but decided on this one. I can say that it works really well once you get the bluetooth set-up done. The sound is really good and I felt it was worth the money.

I purchased this item for a gift. When we tried it out I was really surprised at how good the sound quality was. It isn't a top of the line speaker but it is pretty nice for the size.

The clarity of the speaker surprised me. The overall bass and sound was really good for a speaker that size. The Bluetooth reception was good as well. I would recommend this unit. I also have a sound bar by Klipsch and it has very good sound as well.

This is a great speaker. You can always find it on sale somewhere. Klipsch is one of the best speaker makers in the world. They specialize in high-end audio technology (speaker) reference speakers for the home; and commercial speakers for enterprise. Over half of movie theaters in US, etc ... use Klipsch speakers. As a company, Klipsh is a cut above (or two) Bose, Sony, etc .... This speaker is well-made, offered very clear, accurate sound, great tonal range from low to high. No, it does not have the "boom" some speakers have (Bose Soundlink), but sounds better in my opinion all around. Most of the those boomy speakers, are artificial, distorted, and do not sound clean throughout the entire frequency range. Most people like that artificial boom sound, but discriminating musicians, audiophiles, do not. This is a great product, made by a great company, at an incredible price. I highly recommend.
