This replaced my old polk sub that stopped working. It has good information in the instructions about the adjustments on the setup.

Base now fills my large gameroom. Only negative is that it's large especially for a 10 inch sub. Make sure you have enough room for it.

No trouble shooting was available to help with this particular problem that I am still having with it (to late to return it).
