A little lackluster.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought to replace a Klipsch R-52C. To be completely honest, it was comparable at best. Ended up having to return it. Is it a bad product? No. But definitely not an upgrade from what I was hoping it would be.

amazingly full and clear
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.in any home theater, probably the single most important component is the center channel. it’s where the vast majority of the dialogue comes from, and it’s what keeps things anchored to the screen. crisp, clear, full of body…all important features for a center channel to have. this new reference II from Klipsch fits that bill quite nicely and then some. the good: -sound quality - this center channel really shines doing exactly what it was designed for, onscreen dialogue. amazing highs and wonderfully full bodied, i really get the sense of cinema quality immersion with it. -wide imaging - perfect for a home theater, dialogue feels as if it’s popping off the screen. -matches sound quality and timbre perfectly with the reference II floors. -understated design, as with all of the new reference II series. the bad: -absolutely nothing overall: wow! this replaced a really good polk center channel in my home theater. the polk was good, but as soon as i put this center channel in its place, what a difference. i paired this center with the matching reference II floor speakers, and i can honestly say that my home theater is approaching cinema quality sound. the value here for your money is outstanding. 5 stars easily.

Systems complete!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only bought this to complete my home theater system. Wasn’t impressed for the money. I own 4 of the klipsch 12 inch subs. There great. I have 4 tower speakers. 2 duel 6.5’s, and 2 duel 8’s. I bought every speaker at almost half off at different sales. Couldn’t ever find a sell on the center speaker but needed it to complete my look and sound. Not to mention it’s taller than I wanted so I had to move my 75 inch LG from the TV stand to the wall. I’m not a fan of the wall mounts. Just my personal preference is all!

No speaker wires
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a 2K klipsch home theatre system and came with zero speaker wires. Not even a 16 awg. Shame on you klipsch.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback! A purchase of Klipsch speakers does not include speaker wire, unless stated otherwise. We typically recommend 16 AWG speaker wire for most in-home applications.

Slightly overpriced for what you getting.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This just feels cheap compared the the RC-62 II I compared it against. The RC62 II was also $168 shipped on sale.

Meh
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was kind of a let down, reminded me of a soundbar speaker, ended up returning this and picking up an RP504C center, it was more than worth the extra price. The only way I could reccomend this speaker is if you can fin it for sub $250

Posted .Overall, the Reference Premier will always out-perform the Reference line. The R-34C is recommended to be paired with Reference Line Speakers.

Cannot handle music
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this model due to space restrictions. Okay for watching movies, but when I played music (at a bit high volume), the woofer started to make weird surround. It just could not handle the sound. I reduced the volume down the weird sound went away. But what's point of spending $400 bucks when it can't handle bass from music. I am Klipsch fan and have four sets of floor standing speaker along with with other surround speakers, but this is the first one to give me a problem. I wish I had gotten the premier version which was just slightly more, but I wanted a compact speaker due to space constraints hence chose this one reluctantly, Now I really regret it.

Boxy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds muffled and boxy. Really boxy. Does not blend well with the rest of the Reference Series Speakers. Purchased the Klipsch R-52C for $200 and absolutely LOVE the sound of this one and it blends with my 4 R51M Klipsch speakers perfectly.

Poor sound definition
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Speaker does not provide clear and defined verbal center sound. At times the sound can distort. Other review are good so this may be just one bad apple.
