    AMAZING LITTLE SPEAKER!

When I went searching for a small bluetooth speaker for my wife I listened to everything available in this price range as I was intent on obtaining a unit with excellent sound quality. To my ears, out of everything available, the Klipsch had the most clarity throughout the sound spectrum and also has NO trouble generating serious sound pressure levels for such a small unit. Excellent sound reproduction, amazing low end bass response and pressure, very simple to use and as an added bonus if you like the retro look as I do it is a gorgeous unit in the Ebony with the copper controls. Buy with confidence, this is an amazing little speaker.

    Awesome Bluetooth Speaker!

I've owned a Klipsch KMC 3 for 2.5 years that I use in my bedroom. I just purchased the Klipsch The Three to use in my living room. I love the retro look and the sound is outstanding! I had no problems setting up the wifi connection on the first try or with setting up bluetooth. I play music from my iTunes library, from my iPhone and from Pandora and have had no issues with sound or connection.

I was initially drawn to this speaker because of the unique look and copper accents. After hearing it’s sound quality, I am highly satisfied. Very clear and crisp.

The sound is Amazing, but the remote doesn't work. And some times the Bluetooth pauses the music. Not an issue with the aux cable

My husband has a collection of 10,000+ CDs that he finally digitized. He researched wireless speakers for months and selected this one. Acc. to him, the sound is second to none, and he's picky!

Bad first: 1) the speaker wobbles. it has 4 "legs" and contacts the surface with 3 of them. IF this is something Klipsch or BB would like to address, you have my email! A piece of equipment at this price should not suffer from a mediocre craftsmanship. 2) during one of the Bluetooth streaming sessions the speaker would lose connection to an iPhone every 20 sec. till all other Bluetooth devices had the speaker removed from settings. It plays fine with that ONE iPhone now. 3) the direct WiFi supported connectivity requires Spotify. I don't Spotify hence zero usefulness. 4) So-so sound when my computer's Bluetooth streams FPS games to the speaker. Good: 1) incredible sound on digital cable. 2) great sound on aux. 3) the sound quality is fine at low volumes. At high, more than 2/3 out of 11, the bass gets heavy and distorted <- however, that is louder than a single large room needs, even, during a party ;) therefore not counting towards issues!

    Retro & Modern Perfection

I purchased "The Three" roughly a month ago, I heard from a friend that the system had incredibly depth of sound and that it was better than anything she had heard before for the size. I can tell you that she wasn't wrong, in fact I think I recommend "The Three" more than she does now. I play samples from Coldplay (magic) to the tired and true Billy Jean and this system is truly dynamic. The design is so Klipsch heritage/retro coupled with modern tech, it set up in an instant and it has become a topic of conversation anytime someone comes over (even if it's turned off). The Three is a winner, can't recommend enough.

    Good Sound, Terrible Quality Control

Really wanted to like this speaker. The majority of music I listen to in the house is through a turntable. Liked the idea of having a direct phono input unlike most other bluetooth speakers. Tried the Sonos Play 5 and it just didn’t do it for me. Did a lot of research and found this speaker knowing the reputation of Klipsch. Bought one online and when I received the speaker it was a complete dud. Would not even power on. Returned it to Best Buy and they ordered me another one since it is not in stock at my local store. Received the second one a few days later. The speaker itself worked but the power switch, input control knob and volume knob on the top of the speaker were completely unfunctional. Speaker could be controlled by the remote but the knobs would not work at all. Returned it to Best Buy again and they order me another one. Hoping the third time would be the charm. Got the third one yesterday and everything started off great. Everything works....until today. The lights on the top do not come on anymore which is not a huge deal. The power switch is completely useless. Music still plays when power switch is turned off. At least the knobs work. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because it sounds great. Very loud for its size. For a $500 speaker, expected a lot better quality control from Klipsch. I’ve had 3 in the last 2 weeks and not one of them has functioned properly. I’ll probably keep it because I like the sound but I expected better. 5 stars for sound, 0 stars for quality.

Like Paul Klipsch's majestic Klipchhorn, Ed Villchur's AR-1, the Rogers LS35a and the Quad ESL 57 electrostatic. Klipsch's The Three is the kind of product that's released only once in a lifetime ... maybe even less often than that. This marvel does exactly what any serious music listener wants an audio component to do, ie it sounds like music and replicates people and musicians performing music. That is what the The Three does, and does perfectly. It's just smaller than your typical separates or all-in-one sound reproducers. Sonically, The Three sacrifices no one section of the frequency spectrum in order to boost another; nor does it boost any one aspect of the frequency range in order to reduce another. The bass response, when real bass is in the recording, is simply astonishing. Sound-wise, there's nothing "small" about The Three. It's big in every way, save for its physical size. It's a Klipsch product through and through ... and one of their most innovative.
