This case does the job. It is sturdy and feels like it is made well and will keep your Kobo safe and secure. It is easy to open and close and works well in that when you open it the Kobo automatically wakes up and then sleeps upon closing it. I do not like that it does not stay propped up well at all. There is a piece that folds under to be able to prop it up standing but that does not work well and kept sliding down. Also this case is boring, wish there were more color options, but really it came down to the fact that it won't stay standing up and that's why we returned it.
