    So easy to use and update

    After spending countless hours trying to update photos on an older 8" frame for my folks, I researched modern photo frames. Several reviews pointed to the simplicity of the Pulse so I purchased the 10" Pulse to save my sanity. The easy setup and usability of this thing is amazing. Step1 - choose wireless - simple and it downloaded a firmware update. Step2 - not really a step, just write down the access code. Step3 login to the website, create account, start loading photos, and create the frame's email address if interested. I already had 850 photos ready that I could not get on the other frame. In batches of 200 (max per submit) I uploaded them effortlessly while I sent some test email photos from my iPhone - that was cool. I mean none of this is bleeding edge technology, but for a photo frame it's technology used well and purposefully. It takes the chore out of keeping my folks up to date with the latest family pix, and gives us a never-before vehicle for sending them those impromptu camera phone photos of the kids. I did not tie the frame into FB so I can't speak to that. The touch screen user interface has big, clear, uncluttered buttons and should be a cinch for my folks to operate.

    Great product and very good execution. It is very easy to set up and I was e-mailing photos to the frame within minutes of receiving it and had it grabbing photos from my facebook account minutes later! Sweet! Great way to keep the "not-so-tech-savvy" Grampa up to date with photos of the kids! If Kodak priced this thing at 150 bucks they would not be able to keep them on the shelves! From a picture quality perspective, the Kodak Pulse resolution reduction algorithm could use some work. When you e-mail a photo that is higher than the native 800x600 (and all cameras are these days) Kodak automatically reduces the resolution to fit the screen but does not sharpen the image in the process which would really make images jump off the screen. Instead, photos become a bit fuzzy when they are reduced. I found that reducing and sharpening the images myself results in great images on the screen. Hopefully the fix this in an upcoming release. I would still highly recommend this for anyone who would like to easily get their photos from their phone, camera, PC, facebook, etc. onto a picture frame in the house without the hassle of copying files to a memory stick. Very easy to use and intuitive!

    Issue after issue after issue

    I loved this frame for the first two months. It was very easy to use and good picture quality. Then I got the famous frozen white screen that I keep reading about. After two days talking to support it was determined that the frame was defective and to send it back. I had to pay shipping! The new frame arrived 6 WEEKS later. Now this new frame will not connect to Facebook and I was on the phone with customer service last night and they could not repair. I was told to call back again today. I tried to take the frame back to Best Buy after two months and they would not take it. I wish I had pushed harder. It would have saved me a lot of time and $$$. KODAK HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME OR ANY KODAK PRODUCT.

    Fantastic Feature Loaded Frame

    This frame is very, very nice looking. Not too fancy and not to plasticky-cheap looking. Setup was very easy and straightforward. The ability to send photos via email is fantastic. Plus the ease of connecting to my wife's Facebook account was great. This was a great mothers day gift for her. Plus I was able to email photos I took on my phone instantly. No waiting around to load them. The $99 sale price was excellent. I definitely recommend this frame. The picture quality is fantastic compared to other frames I have seen. The pictures are sharp and crisp. It's a gorgeous screen.

    Horrible operation - Customer service even worse

    The product looked like a perfect gift for a non-techie. However it NEVER worked. I couldn't to get it to connect to Facebook or even their own Kodak Gallery site. The email feature generated errors every time I opened it. I am a computer professional with decades of experience. I know how to connect a wireless device to a network. Their tech support was over two weeks late in responding to my questions and their online chat people were clueless. I returned the frame.

    I love the idea of the frame. It's a great size and I love that pics can be emailed and pulled from FB. My biggest prob is my frame always freezes. I have had it for 7 months and already had to send it to Kodak for repair. They ended up sending me a refurbished one since mine could not be repaired. Kodak's customer service was horrible!!! I spent about 6 hrs on the phone w/ them to get it resolved. I'm still having problems w/ it freezing. Again, I love the idea but for $200 it should work better. I would recommend it BUT be prepared, if you get a defective one, to spend a lot of your time arguing.

    Photos rotated randomly, Customer Serv uninformed

    Frustrating product. Too many kinks: photos rotated randomly despite manual correction, 1000 pictures were downloaded, less than 10 % were displayed, Customer Service contacted several times for assistance, after lengthy conversations attempting to address the issues no one could actually give me solutions. Very disappointed, returned to Best Buy. This product was highly recommended by online 'Digitwirll' site. Thumbs down from this consumer.

    Great Picture and Easy Setup

    Great picture and easy wireless setup. I had a slight issue, as I accidentally selected the wrong language at start up. It was an easy fix, once I created the online account with Kodak. I haven't used the facebook features yet, but it is very easy to add /remove pictures to the Kodak online site and make any updates to the settings. Though it is a bit pricey, I am very happy with the purchase. It would be nice if they made it wall mountable.

    Great photo frame

    I could not find this size at any local dept. store. Target had the smaller size but this was worth a little more. I bought this online 12/21, the shipping was upgraded to next day and I only paid reg shipping charges. The product is very easy to use and we gave it to my mom for Christmas. We were able to set it up and have family members e mail pictures so when she opened it, it already had 400 pictures on it, It will hold up to 4000.

    I received this gift as a Christmas present and loved it at first. However for 6 months I have had problem after problem- uploading issues, display issues, and the frame turning off for no reason. I contacted customer service but never got much help. I would definitely consider another frame or wait for Kodak's technology to improve.

    Good frame, bad picture timing.

    The photo frame is good! I love how you can send your own pictures to it. The only bad thing about this frame is the pictures either rotate every 30 seconds or every 30 minutes. To make it a great frame, it should have rotation speeds of 30 seconds, 1 min, 5 min and 30 min. Seems a lot more practical. If kodak would do an update to it, it would be perfect.

    We bought this product for my mother for Christmas....and Kodak was not ready for the great amount of traffic associated with the emailing of pictures....5 day after Christmas the pictures came through....still some minor delays and wifi is spotty....great concept though....just wish kodak had faster response times...My mother loves the frame but doesn't understand how it works exactly...

    Great gift for a loved one for sure. I bought this for my mom who's grandkids are not close by. Being elderly she can't work a computer yet with this and the facebook feature she is alway up to date with the newest photo's of the grandkids. Now I think that I will buy one for me cause I love hers.

    I am amazed by this digital photo frame! It is so easy to use and load pictures on. There are a few cons, including, you can't save the pictures people email to you. Also, Kodak has some server issues, the server frequently goes down.

    This was a gift for my husband's parents, and they love it. They aren't super computer savvy, so this is great for them. Relatives and friends can send digital pictures right to their frame, and it is easy for them to use.

    Perfect for grandparents! Connects to their wifi. We can send pictures any time. They get the new pictures without any effort - just a nice surprise.
