Poor quality control

These are normally fun to open, however this case had over 90 miss cut cards. They were cut wider on the bottom so bad they will not fit in protective sleeves and are unplayable. I understand these things can happen so I reached out to Konami for replacement of the bad cards. Dozens of emails later I no longer receive any response after replacement cards were promised. This is poor customer service to back up their poor quality control. It’s crazy that a company this big is unwilling to help their consumer.

For whatever reason these cards come damaged. I'm guessing manufacturer error.
