Good conference phone

Great for smaller conference sizes

This solved all of my wiring troubles by being entirelly wireless and having a substantial battery life. The sound is terrific and the device is easy to us. My complaint would be that there is no option to expand microphones on this model. It's great that it can have 650' range from the DECT device, but it only has about a 6' range with the built in microphones. I had intentions in using this on a 30 person conference table but without the ability to add additional microphones, it lost a great deal of functionality that was important to me. Good news is that Konftel says that they will have a new wireless device, much like this one, that will have the expandable mics in approx 6 months. Too bad my company cannot wait that long....looking into plan B now. :(

Fantastic buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have previously only used Polycom conference phones but have suffered with average sound quality and poor battery performance so we decided to try a Konftel. It exceeded all our expectations with a great sound, a battery that lasts all week and the charging cradle that makes it really easy to use. This product also has built in sd-card recording which we had never thought of using before, now we record all our important meetings!

Sounds fantastic and has the best battery on the market. Guide says 60 hours talktime but we have actually been getting more than that out of it. Our exec's LOVE the recording capability!
