Audio quality is great and when connected to PC using USB is incredibly easy to use. I am having difficulty connecting to PC through Bluetooth, but Bluetooth with a cellphone is piece of cake.

The Konftel Ego was very easy to set up and use. The call quality was excellent and I didn't notice any feedback during operation.
I would have given the Quality an Excellent Rating if it had not died after 1 month. However, the Customer Support is terrific and they sent out a new one right away. They worked to try to fix the thing and then replaced it quickly when it could not be fixed. they believe the first one was probably hit by a power surge
Hopefully the problem with the first one won't happen again.

Initially had some issues with it but with some adjusting it actually works quite well. Much better than holding the phone to my ear or dealing with headphones. I have been working from home because of COVID-19 and it has made my job a lot easier.

worse thank built-in mic and built-in speaker on my old laptop.
I have a macbook pro from 2017 and that's 3 times better in mic quality (clarify and loudness, no echo feedback) and better speakers that are built-in. This device isn't worth even $50
