Ordered from Best Buy online, cause none carried in the store. Item came in defective. You could hear loose pieces rattling around inside the enclosed area. Returned it as defective and ordered another of the same. When it came in, it was the exact same defective one I previously returned. Product may be worth buying - but only if you get it from someplace else - not best buy

Does not seem to cool 30 degrees below ambient as stated. Drinks only get cool not cold in car. 110v plug gets very hot when connected at home.
