Decent product, horrible company

The freezer functions, but it comes with 2 wheels and 1 foot when delivered. This makes it tip in one corner and nearly impossible to move despite having wheels. The company doesn’t respond to emails, so I tried to figure out a solution on my own. The threading doesn’t match anything I’ve been able to find at the local hardware store or what I’ve ordered (and then returned) online. The whole point of ordering this specific freezer was the assumed ease of moving daily at my store. I ended up having to purchase two dollies to set it on in order to easily move it back and forth. I had also ordered a fridge from this company that arrived damaged. I sent pictures of the damaged and attempted to exchange it for an undamaged unit, but the company hasn’t responded to that claim either.
