Good movie it follows the time line of superman's origin

Krypton offers a prequel of sorts to the Superman mythos. Tho the characters are sort of stock cliches, the show is still worth a look for super hero fans. Bonus points for including a b-list silver age favorite Adam Strange sent into the past by Superman on a mission I won't reveal here

Good first season. Get it if you are a fan of Superman.

Two hundred years before the destruction of Krypton, Superman's grandfather Seg-El (Cameron Cuffe) is living as an outcast after his own grandfather was executed for treason. Adam Strange (Shaun Sipos), a man from future Earth, tells him to look for the Fortress of Solitude, where he discovers not only that his planet is in danger, but that there are forces trying to change the timeline so that Superman is never born. In Season 1 of the drama series, Seg sets out to get revenge for his family's misfortune, while also trying to make sure that his enemies don't succeed at changing the timeline.

I didn't hear much about this series, but it was pretty good surprisingly. But don't get fooled into thinking it's about Superman himself. This is way before he came on the scene. But I enjoyed the first season.

this is one of the worst teen shows yet! Examples of why it failed for me: so, they went to the trouble of making a written Kryptonian language, yet they all spoke the queens english - since almost all of the actors were from the uk. their should have been a device to translate from kryptonian to english for the one earthling on the show to understand them. they were a technologically advanced civilization, yet they didn't believe there were other life forms in the universe. it made no sense that a planetary disaster was upon this city, yet they never bothered to contact any of the other cities on Krypton to warn them or ask for help - and at the same time no other city on the planet notices a GIANT skull shaped space craft attacking their planet??? did i mention they were a technologically advanced civilization? too many time travelers, secrets and subplots. too many "you're my friend, no, you're my enemy, no, you're my friend" scenarios. a bit too immature. the only good parts were the sets, and some of the special effects. The story line was unnecessarily overly complicated. this should have just been made into a mini series with an ending. and i just heard they are going into production of a second season, which i will not be watching. no one loves a good sc-fi show/movie more than I, and i get the concept of suspending your disbelief, but this was just a boring, green screen, bad story and acting show that does not deserve a second season. if i could get a refund, i would. but, this is just my opinion. watch it for yourselves, if you must.
