Very sturdy, works great. Love it. Have made linguini and lasagna noodles. Next time will try a little thicker lasagna noodle.

This set of 3 attachment is probably all you will need to easily make great fresh pasta! The are easy to install and change. The worst problem would be if your dough was too sticky and it clogged up the rollers since you should not wash them. A brush is provided for dry cleanup. I wish the box they are sold in was a bit more sturdy so it could be used for storage. As sold the box is not too friendly to unpack and repack, and since each assembly is so heavy I doubt it will hold up very long.

Bought this to make pasta, obviously.. Had it for a little less than a month and have used it well over a dozen times, havent had any issues. I havent made homemade pasta noodles before purchasing this, and can say it has been relatively easy. The rollers are well built and seem of quality... If you have a kitchen aid and make or are contemplating making home made noodles, i would consider buying this

The pasta attachment is my favorite attachment for my kitchen aid mixer. It takes very little time to make & enjoy fresh pasta. The recipes that come with the attachments are easy to follow. I love making pasta for gift giving. Absolutely the best pasta you will ever eat!

My blue eyed Angel wife loves the pasta making attachments. Easy to use and a healthier option to store bought pasta. Fresh pasta was easy to make, cooks quickly and tastes so much better. The attachments are durable and well made.

The pasta roller and cutter are a game changer. Nothing like having fresh made pasta any time you want. I’ve used them several times now and I can tell that they are made to last a lifetime. Don’t hesitate to buy the pasta roller and cutter, you would love them as much as me and my family do. What a great investment!

Helps with making home made pasta a lot easier if you have the stand mixer. Still not as easy as buying ready-made pasta at home but there's definitely a difference and you have better control of the ingredients in it. It's an expensive purchase, so buy it if you know you'll be using it enough to get your money's worth.

KitchedAid attachments are always of superior quality and there's nothing like going into a store and seeing the product in person.

I got this for my husband who is an avid cook! He loves it and was thrilled with how easily it worked! The pasta was fantastic and super fresh! It's a bit of a chore to clean it because you aren't supposed to submerge it in water...but if you wait for the pasta to dry you can brush it off pretty easily.

She makes the most incredible homemade pasta with this.

I purchased this to upgrade from my old hand-cranked Pasta roller, and the difference is night and day. The construction is much more solid, to the point I don't end up with small chunks of dried Pasta in the gears. Being able to maintain a consistent speed makes rolling the dough and cutting it easier, and cleanup is a cakewalk! If you're looking to get in to making your own pasta, or changing over to a different roller, you can't go wrong with this

Ok, my wife and I are very new to this; so we’ve only made pasta twice. But it was so easy and so good; we will absolutely be using this attachment a lot. The pasta tastes better than store bought; and although it’s a process; it’s an easy one. We are very pleased with this.

Love this attachment! Being able to easily make our own pasta via an attachment to an appliance we use all the time is so great. We use it all the time, will never ise store bought pasta again.

Pasta tools are excellent and easy to use. I have made lasagna noodles and ravioli. Love these attachments.

Perfect for making noodles and pasta. High quality steel, heavy, and strong. Works great, no issues. Remember you can wash these with water. Just let it dry out and bang out and brush out all dough. I suggest purchasing a silicone food grade spray to keep machine rust free and running smoothly.

These are great & durable add-on attachments for your kitchen especially if you like to make fresh pasta or noodles for your family. You can tell the difference between fresh and on the shelf. Love it!

Our family loved it so much we have ohe for our house and got one for the inlaws to use as well. Especially used woth yearly ravs. Built stunningly, works woth ease.
