My very first 911 locking system and it was very easy to install (mine was the nickel color). It is also easy to link to your intelligentHome wifi system, just follow the included handy booklet directions. My only caveat is that is has no background lighting for night time key code access. Or mine did not.

Easy installation, easy setup, works perfect with Time Warner Cable Intelligent Home.

Had to do some trimming of the door dead bolt will stop freeze up with just the little bit of hick up lol removing trim plate and cut back the wood works wonderful and linked up to xfinity no problem with zeebee tech

product itself is solid. Got it installed in less than 30 minutes and programmed i might add. Functionality is great, only problem I didnt read the small print I only went for the big advertisement 914 deadbolt. Reading the fine print now after it has been purchased and installed only due to it not working initially with my smart things hub. After some initial research found out that the zigbee version is not fully supported/. The same product using zwave is and it doesnt seem that Best Buy carries this version???? Why i have no idea bummer I would have loved to keep it. Best Buy a suggestion if a product is specific in its implementation frankly only us nerds who are looking for it will buy it, so when advertising your product make sure to include the single item that would make us choose one version over the other such as "Kwikset 914 Zigbee Deadbolt" or "Kwikset 914 Zwave deadbolt" now unless Best Buy carries the Zwave version I will be returning this product and taking my money to Home Depot who does carry the Zwave version .

Purchased this Deadbolt to integrate with my Time Warner Cable IntelligentHome Security system, installation was simple if you have the experience installing a deadbolt you can install this lock. integration into the Intelligent home touchscreen was simple. There are good instructions with the lock. TWC customers on the portal side Settings > Enter Master Code **** > Home Devices > Door Locks > Add Door Locks proceed to follow the onscreen instructions to the pairing screen > At this time return to the door lock and follow the instructions that came with the lock. Done! I recommend that you read all the booklets and understand the inclusion process before attempting to install. Bottom Line! Yes I would recommend the product!
