easy to install, i like everything about it except i dont like the fact when i use the Fob or keys, it will not send me any notification. Its nice to have the 2 e-keys, wish that at least provide 4 e-keys. Also, the alert needs to be better since i have to create alert for lock and unlock for each user i sent e-keys to. Hopefully the software will be updated where we can at least be notified when using Fob.

The great thing about Kevo is being able to unlock and lock by touching the tumbler side cover without using a key. No longer have to carry extra keys - just use an authorized smartphone - and who doesn't already carry a smartphone! Convenient when your hands are full and cannot fish for a key to open a lock. Very convenient to give others temporary or permanent access to unlock Kevo. Notifications are sent to your smartphone when an authorized user uses Kevo if you want.

I was skeptical at house easy it would be to not only install but continue to use for my family and friends. It went in very easy and has been a breeze to send keys to people. Great for anyone who also has people come to their house consistently (maid, babysitter, etc).

First, when this thing works correctly, it is awesome. Here are some issues I have. 1. The lock is bluetooth and works with your smart phone. In order to lock.unlock, you tap the bell of the lock and when your smart phone is in range, it locks/unlock...sometimes. Sometimes you have to wait, tap, wait, twist your body, or move around. 2. The lock has a difficult time connecting to bluetooth sometimes. 3. The lock tells me that the deadbolt is jammed. I think because the door is a little off kilter (as are most older homes) and has some resistance when locks. Overall, I like it. But if I had to do it all over again, I would have probably bought a better product.

Easy To Use and Teen Friendly Too! The chances that my teen will lock themselves out of the house are zero because they can't live without their phone. I love the fact that she's eager to open the door for me while I bring in the groceries. Now is there something that will get her to help carry in the groceries? I would give it a 5 star rating but the lock every now and then has been triggered while leaving the door ajar. It can also be a bit noisy when leaving the house early while everyone else in the house is still asleep. But I still enjoy using it and find it very cool to use.

Installation and set up were easy to follow. This works fine for my family. We have not had an issues with it. I did read in reviews that it will randomly lock when closing the door. This had happened to my husband. Thankfully I was home to unlock the door. He did not have his cell on or near him. I keep my cell on me if I'm going in and out of the door. I don't want to get locked out. Also, it only gives 2 keyless codes. I had to purchase another code for 1.99 from the Apple Store so that my daughter would be able to use the lock with her iPhone.

This thing has made my life so much easier! Just have the fob on you, touch your deadbolt and it opens. Some awesome security features too!

I love this lock. The e-keys are a great and have been very useful with my family. Installation is pretty easy as well. I'll be looking to get one for my garage door also soon.

The design of the product is good. But the product internals need work. After having taken time to install the product. Only to find out it was faulty due to loose wires.

Love this new lock on my door. It was easy to add my parents when they are visiting from out of town, and they all have access to the lock, without geting new keys.

This lock is great. Looks like a standard lock and craftsmanship is excellent . Fairly easy to install. Wish is came standard with Home WiFi connectivity to lock/unlock remotely. It's nice that I don't even have to take my phone out of my pocket, nor do I have to keep the iPhone app running in the background for it to allow me to open the lock. I like the option to be able to send a temporary digital key to someone and no additional cost as well as the affordable purchase of additional digital keys. Another feature I wish this lock had was a proximity sensor option that would unlock the lock automatically as I approached the door. Regardless, I would highly recommend this lock.

I have always carried a large purse and always find myself fumbling for keys in the dark trying to get into my house. With this lock all I have to do is touch the lock and I'm in! Sometimes, it will not open/lock the first time. You do have to have your phone close to the lock for it to function. Which is both good and bad.

So far this has been a great item. I watched a video for installation that made it quick and easy. It has worked perfectly. Sometimes it locks before you close the door but its not a big deal and rare.

This Bluetooth entry system is fantastic. It does have a brief delay but works great. The first one I bougjt I believe was a restock or something because it totally failed. I returned it to best buy no problem and the new one works like magic.

The lock does exactly what it shows in the video. It does pretty well with the phone and the fob. Only downside is having to buy the second set of keys and it kind of lags to lock and unlock.

This is the must have product for those who misplace keys such as myself. Simply have the key fob or your iPhone and never be locked out again!!
