Great product makes unlocking your door so easy no key needed and are able to share your Kēvo lock with friends and give them access.

The unlocking feature made you keep your phone on you and Bluetooth turned on to connect with the lock. Walking my dog, I sometimes don't carry my phone and needed a lock on my door that I can unlock without a device. This is not that lock. I returned it and purchased the Nest keypad lock.

The setup of this oarticular lock was easy. I was able to fit it directly into the hole that was on my door. The spare parts were easy to mix and match to fit my door. Did not even have to drill a single new hole. The use and setup were also easy. I was able to lock and unlock diectly on my phone, even when i am on the 3rd floor of my phone. The one touch unlock was also very responsible. Lastly, the rekey tool made it very easy to use my existing key for this lock, reducing the need to rekey everything else to match up this lock.

Now, if I fall I can let in help. And if I forget if I locked the door, I can just look at the app. This makes me safer.

Installs like any other deadbolt. Bluetooth feature works as advertised. I added Kevo plus and now lock all 4 deadbolts in my house via WiFi.

No more keeping track of who has keys and having to reject locks when we change maids! This thing is sweet! Very easy to install and set up.

Love the ease of use and easy to share info for a day or two if you’re out of town and have someone dog-sitting!

Easy to install. I suggest that you connect fully to the app if you have problems, it will tell you what is wrong.

The hardware works great but the software needs some improvement. The Kevo app needs to be force stopped and restarted everytime you use it.

This is just the right product for us to attain access to our entry door at home. We wanted something that was touch driven but not connected to the internet given security concerns. We have no reason to provide others access via the internet so this was perfect as it works on bluetooth and proximity. First unit was faulty so we are glad we purchased it at BestBuy, quick exchange at the local store, no hassles! It works as promised!

Love these Kēvo licks. Fairly easy to install and connect. No keypad to show your fingerprint.

I like the fact the lot does not draw attention to itself, but has high tech features.

A good smart lock to have, but the app that goes with it is not smart enough. Might need some extra work to make this appealing to more.
