You do get receive 2 ekeys, 1 fob, and unlimited guest ekeys with your Kevo smart lock purchase. You may be interested in learning more about Kevo plus, which offers remote access to your lock, as well as unlimited ekeys, for a one-time fee of $69.99. You can get more information on Kevo plus, and sign up for updates at www.mykevo.com.
      Your Kevo smart lock comes with a lifetime mechanical and finish warranty, along with a 1 year electronic warranty against defects in material and workmanship, for as long as you own your home.       Hi Patrick,
      A red flash means that Kevo has detected an unauthorized device within the activation range. It's possible that another Bluetooth device on your person is overpowering the authenticated device.
