Very difficult to find a sales person that has a clue on how this actually works. You have to read several websites and realize this lock has lots of extra features. It is compatible with all KwikSet keys, so you can rekey the physical lock the same as your back door and use the electronic opener on your main entrance. Easy to install. No problems.

I put this extra fob in my checkbook case. It's small and sleek enough that I don't even notice it when I have it in my pocket. It's easy enough to install as long as you follow the directions exactly. (It took me 3 times to install it correctly). Once installed, however, it is prefect!

I was worried about whether the lock would actually work consistently. With the key it always does. It's better and more reliable than using the smartphone app because sometimes I have Bluetooth turned off. So I started carrying the key and have had no problems. Except for when my bf threw his key in the wash. But that's common sense, not the products fault.

I like the keyless feature the Kevo has. Just touch lock and it opens when fob is in my pocket. Kinda slow to open and close. Definitely better than the locks with numbers. Also there is a spare key in case battery is dead. Batteries cost around $2.35 each. I already had to replace one after a month of purchasing the lock. I'm hoping that was a fluke. You can also lock and unlock with your phone on the app. Only works in vicinity of lock.

Has decent range so that can leave in pocket and small enough to fit on a key chain/ring

The pros: Being able to unlock the door with the touch of your hand is convenient when bringing in groceries or when you are carrying kids. It additionally is good for people who have keyless cars because coming and going you just leave your keys in your pocket. The cons: You need to recalibrate often when using the mobile app. Key fob can be sensitive and needs to always be in the same spot (pocket or purse) to work effectively.

The kevo lock itself is nice and convenient but we know that the app can be a hassle , logging in and out. This adapter is much faster and requires no thought or effort. Just walk up to your door and touch!

It's a new technology that works well with other security products. It's a convenient way to keep up with whose going in and out and allows home owners to let cleaning people, dog walkers, etc. to have a temporary electronic key.

The Kevo lock system was very easy to install and works great. The key fob is needed if you have more than two people using their phones as keys to the lock.

These Key Fobs are very handy to have. Just in case you don't have your phone on you

The extra fob is nice to have but since I had so much difficulty getting the fob that came with the unit to pair when this one gave me trouble I have not continued in troubleshooting... I imagine that it will be fine once I take the time to troubleshoot.

Works great - lighter than carrying a key. Just like a Tesla - you carry the Key Fob with no physical interaction to drive away. In this case locking and unlocking Kevo. What could be easier beside voice command.

I'm a techie, so this key fob is a great replacement for the traditional metal key. It is lightweight and small, and can be carried in your pocket without added bulk or weight.

This is simply for those lacking a compatible phone which are plentiful. Since the last of supported phones is slim but this does a good job when a ekey isn't an option.

Had an older android phone. Did not realize the kevo app required a slightly newer version. I can upgrade later this year, so in the mean time one of these will work

Neither myself or my wife have compatible smartphones to use the bluetooth features of the lock, so I bought a spare fob. I had it paired and calibrated in about 1 minute. Works just as advertised, and honestly its even more convenient than the phone solution. I just leave my keys in my pocket (my wife leaves hers in her purse), touch the lock, and we are in.

It does exactly what the first fob for Kevo lock. Kind of annoying that the second fob has to be bought.

I would like to sell them for the company because I think it's save you time and gives you a peace of mind
