We were looking for the best option for our xfinity security system and this lock works seamlessly. It was easy to install and sync with our system.

Great lock. It was easy to install and program. Nice to be able to enter and leave my house without a key.

We do like it, but I would probably buy a higher end model. We wanted to sync it with Xfinity Home Security - but this is not as smooth as other smart locks. It is an OK pick but don't love it.

I love this lock so much so much easier than carrying a key all the time.

The package says it requires no special tools. True. The package says it can be installed in a handful of minutes. Well, not my experience. But, that said, it wasn't just horrible. I'd figure maybe 20 minutes if you read instructions. The package says I'll be very satisfied. True. I definitely am!

This lock works as advertised. I have it connected to the Smartthings hub and it locks and unlocks on schedule and when I am gone or coming back. I like it because it works with the app, keypad or key so you cannot get locked out.

This review is more about Kwikset customer service then the lock itself. This unit was received broken. The technician troubleshot and deemed the issue to be mechanical. He said he was sending a replacement. 19 days and 4 calls later, they are still trying to track down the lock. I was told not to take the lock back when it was out of the box non functioning and now they give me the option to take it back to the store, after 19 days. The other times I called and waited in the hold queue for at least 15 minutes, I was told they were expediting the replacement, the same replacement that has not gone out until now.This is the worst customer service I have ever had, hands down. If I did not hear good things about the lock, I would've cut my losses already

this item works well but for some reason doesn't turn off my alarm system like my old one did but outside that's its great

Love my Kwikset electronic deadbolt. So convenient not having to dig out your house key. After having one at our old house, This lock was the first upgrade at our new house.

Works with Xfinity home. No issues pairing with my system. Able to control lock via the Xfinity Home app. Works great!
