Disappointment

Each one failed to register and begin service, even after contacting an Ooma technician. I was instructed that two replacement sets would be sent and to return the two failed units to them in the postage-paid box. About a week later, the two new ones arrived, fully charged and both registered with ease. The two handsets that I purchased from Best Buy were returned to Ooma in the prepaid box. I would recommend these units that work w/ our Ooma base set, as you can have 4 handsets and one base unit. Not sure why these two new handsets did not work. The replacement ones that Ooma sent are a more advanced set, but they do work w/ our two old handsets.

The headsets we have work great with this handset. They also have belt clips which our ladies use all around the office.

Worked out of the box

Our base is on the first floor and extensions are scattered about the second floor and basement. They all work well.
