The phone is very durable and the people that I call on the other line can hear me very clear. And very good for active lifestyle. Very easy to use. I have 2 other phone which are smart phone android and iPhone, but I use this one the most to make phone calls. And the battery is awesome - amazing. I can go at least 2 days without charge it and most of the time more - depending on how much I use the it.

I still have a lot to learn but the phone picks up a signal very well. I mostly use it with the speaker.

This phone does exactly what it is intended to do, make clear calls and withstand rough treatment. A real joy to use, the interface is easily adjusted so things are very legible. Probably the best basic phone out there, IMHO.

This is a truly terrible phone. Audio on calls cuts out, and often echos when it does go through. Often I dial a number and nothing at all happens. Message function is erratic and laggy. The phone gets "lost" and wants to charge me roaming fees, Drop calls are more the norm than the exception. Verizon support is myth, as is their claim of the largest most dependable network. Seriously buy something else, any thing else.
