    My biggest complaint is that the ringer only works once in a while. Even with the viberator on, sometimes it is so low in volumn that I can not hear it even when it is within two feet.. Have missed so many calls due to low ring and viberation. Can't wait to throw this piece of junk into the river.

    Doesn't play music. No SD card slot. Basic phones 4-10 years ago (sanyo# (LG Fusic# could store/play music. White lines appeared on display after 8 months #no physical damage to phone). Sent to Kyocera via mail #I paid postage) to get fixed within 1 year warranty - they sent email a week after receiving stating out of warranty with no explanation and $69 to fix or $9 to send back to me broken. I called their foreign customer service and supervisor sent email to their HQ to see why they say no in warranty - no response. Still trying. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE OR ANYTHING FROM SUB-PAR KYOCERA. Go with known brands like Sanyo, LG, Samsung, Apple, etc.
