Contacted MGAE and they refused to do anything about it. The dog is unarticulated, so not the kind that comes in the LOL surprise pets. So without a doll, it’s a HUGE waste of money. Customer service will not help you if what you get is flawed.

Posted .We are sorry to hear of your experience. MGA Customer Service is very responsible at honoring our warranty policy. It is not clear why you indicated they refused to do anything for you. Perhaps the purchase was outside or did not qualify for the warranty program.
