I love Best Buy and this is a product we have bought multiple times at various stores inlcuding Best Buy but it was the first time ordering it online. I hate giving less than an average (3 star) review but since this was one of 3 items to arrive damaged, 1 of 2 that was part of a gift that literally couldn't be gifted because of how it was packaged and (mis)treated before being shipped. This was an add-on L.O.L. individual pack of cards to go with a doll and a different brand mystery bag of toys. That said, there was a giant sticker placed on the pck that is larger than the package face itself and on it was my name, address, phone, order number and maybe the price(?) Either way, it couldnt be removed without possibly tearing open the cards so I couldn't place it on top of the gifts (that I was already repirchading because another was town and had the same giant sticker affixed to it. This may be a new Best Buy policy and if so I would give another star but feel it shpuld be disclosed somewhere or it should be made clear if buying for someone else to select this is a gift. I know if I see the gift selection I automatically think it is an add-on to wrap the item or have it shipped elsewhere, neither of which I wanted done. It turns out the cards themselves were exactly like all of the other L.O.L. cards in this one series and the sticker did effect the package but not the actual cards. I'm disappointed I couldn't get help replacing these items or fixing the issue and didnt have time to go in to a physicsl store as we were moving and not near one at that particular time; hence the online order. If you like the L.O.L. cards or collect off-beat trading cards then these are worth checking out at a decent price because you can scan thrm and have a xhance to get NFT's ofbthr brand. I'm still unclear what we can do with these NFT's but we have ended up with a few. My recommendatio would be to buy this in store or to send specifications with the order to not get a ruined package.
