Posted .Hello. It is common for those that buy LOL through Best Buy to get duplicate styles. You may want to consider purchasing directly from other on line retailers that identify the product by a unique stock # for each doll.

Unfortunately instead received 2 neonlicious and 2 diva dolls. No swag which is the one doll my granddaughter really wanted! The boxes can be used as playsets (dressing rooms, etc) but had purchase stickers all over them that left sticky residue when I tried to remove so just threw them out (2 boxes were even torn when received). Now girls have duplicate dolls! Very Dissapointed!l

But I went ahead & purchased anyways because everywhere else was all out! I had one of the dolls already out of the 4 so I figured the chance of getting the doll I already had was low. However when I received the doll is was in fact the doll I already had. So my point is I don’t like that you can see which doll you’ll be ordering especially if you have 1 or more dolls already!!

Posted .Perhaps you should try purchasing on line at a different retailer. They will list each doll with its unique item # so you are clear what you are ordering.

My daughter's doll came without earrings as well as bracelet.. Unless the item is already in the store, you will get cheated out of your money here. Sadly I have a 100 dollar order left to pick up. I Wont be surprised at disappointment if any.

Posted .WE are sorry your experience with Best Buy wasn't satisfactory. Best Buy typically does not carry as wide of an assortment as other retailers. For future purchases on LOL, you may want to shop around.
