We wish it had a taller head rest, but it's super comfy. Assembly was pretty straightforward but having two people helped

Excellent chair, The chair is very comfortable and high quality craftsmanship. Very easy to assemble, just follow the instructions.

The chair requires assembly. Should take 15-30 minutes based on how handy you are. The brown leather looks like an executive chair of the 1st class. It's designed for big and tall and appears to be built well enough to handle a large person easily. Its comfortable, well made, and looks great.

I'm almost 340 pounds. My last chair was really hurting my leg after I sat in it a while. I can sit in this for hours and there's no pain. It holds up to 400 pounds, so it's been handling me just fine without the seat adjustment going permanently down. Not to mention it looks absolutely fantastic, like the kind of chair you'd see a CEO sit in at his office. The only thing I didn't care about is it didn't come with an extended warranty from Best Buy, like almost everything else from the store.

This chair sits too high and also the recline position doesn't go back far enough and doesn't lock in place. I had to take the damnn thing back.

Chair is comfortable enough, but I’m going to hell for all the cursing I did during the build. The installation instructions were the worst I have every seen (and I have assembled at least ten chairs in my career). The chair is huge and did I mention that it’s big? It’s too big, too heavy, and too difficult to assemble.

Received a big and tall chair. Decided to keep it, but the arms don't fit. Customer service did not email within 24 hours. I sat on the phone on hold (36 callers ahead) for 34 minutes, then it went dead. I'm going to email again... There are also similar chairs for less.

This chair is getting on my last nerve. With every movement the chair grinds and makes horrible noises. I notice the chair is also now lop sided.

The box arrived half opened and looked like it sat in a water puddle. Then thrown off of a 10 story building 2 times. Thanks Best Buy for ruining Christmas you are the best!

This will be the second and last chair I buy from here the Air Lift that keeps it in the air doesn't work it keeps falling to ground for this much money it is a piece of garbage and STAY AWAY from this.

We love the chairs! So very comfortable! Purchased two of them. They are not hard to assemble. It took less than an hour to put both of them together.
