Got this for my 11 year old who wanted a VR for Christmas but not sure I wanted to spend a ton of money on the super expensive ones. He really likes it and the quality isn't bad. He actually put it all together himself the day after Christmas. It comes with a game and it's actually pretty cool. I'm not sure how long it will last since it is cardboard but it's pretty sturdy and it stays together when he's not using it and can easily go back on the Switch. Overall pretty awesome for a kid.

Putting it all together is surprisingly simple, tho time consuming. The Switch itself has an amazing step by step 3d modeled tutorial of how to assemble it, which makes sure you're never confused. Cardboard is a bit on the cheaper side, I've had some of the little flares fall off, but nothing that was actually functional. Resolution on the Switch screen is very low, but the game itself is fun, and playing BotW in VR is awesome!

The VR itself is a little blurry, but that ultimately didn't matter. The games are short, simple, colorful little bits of fun that don't really demand long play sessions. The real impressive part of this package, though, is building the accessories. This was my first labo experience, and it was surprisingly entertaining. Great step-by-step guide provided by the software, with tons of charm and personality. Catchy music, too. Highly recommended!

Best of the Labo sets. Fun, creative games with the most possibility. Still takes too long to build though

Probably more designed for kids, but this a fun way to experience VR without dropping a lot of money.

Not hard to put together. Zelda BotW and Mario Odyssey were cool in VR, but could be disorienting.

Very fun VR and unique games. Great way to introduce newcomers to VR. The gun feels awesome.

My son wanted a VR headset and we found this one on sale for the deal of the day. Well worth it! My son absolutely loves the VR headset and games. He and my husband put everything together. The blaster took longer than expected to assemble but it gave them an opportunity to do something together that didn’t involve a screen. They both had fun playing the games together too.

Limited features compared to other VR units but still very cool and great for its price.

This has been great for use with the Nintendo Switch. With the kids home all the time, this allows for exploration and learning with a device they are easily willing to try out. The hardest part is getting them to take turns. It also works well to with the Switch system and as an adult, I agree that this is a must-have addition. Buy it on sale when possible for $20.

This is great for minor VR experiences. But for somebody who owns the PlayStation VR. This is nothing compared to that. In a bad way. This is mostly for a quick fun time. It’s a three hour building time window and of course the cardboard doesn’t really help. But for the price it is extremely worth it.

The cardboard is precisely cut and the video instructions are very complete, everything went together without any drama... over the course of well over an hour. With that being said, after a while I ended up building most of it while my son progressed the instructions and watched. We spent longer putting it together than he has spent playing it, the included games just didn’t hold his attention.

Great toy at a really good price. Takes a while to set up. Decent VR for kids to play.

I bought this for my 6 year old who loves everything Nintendo and Mario. Putting together the goggles was a little time consuming for little ones with little patience. Also note that this isnt true VR (at least not yet considering the games it currently ties into like Mario Odyssey, Captain Toad, and Smash Bros). We've played Odyssey on it and it was okay, a little blurry for me but my little liked and couldn't put it down.

This was my first Labo kit, and I have to admit it was just as fun to build the blaster as it was to play the VR games. It's challenging to get a perfect score on some of the levels, so there's some amount of replay value but not as much as a regular game. For kids and young makers, there's a lot of potential with the Labo Toy-Con Garage portion for designing your own toys and games.

Easy to assemble and use, great Vrbo headset for the money.
