This movie is a definite chick flick. I watched the movie with my wife and I have to say it was pretty good. This movie is up there with "The VOW" or "The Notebook" . A tear jerking movie. Well made and characters performed very convincingly. Great story line. It is for sure one of my wife's favorite movies.

The trailers were right on for this movie, it only took a matter of 10 minutes to get into this movie prior to getting sucked into the story line emotionally, it is a nice clean family movie for all to watch, and rings home how a broken family can become complete when a stranger enters your life, always keep your heart open and love will eventually find its way in. I know that sounds cheesy but it was well cast and directed with an awesome twist.

We loved this movie. The idea from the beginning of a convict that you didn't trust is now someone you can relate. This makes to movie more enjoyable towards the end. Great movie.

This movie was a great movie with a great story. The acting in this movie was top notch which we expected. I really enjoyed this movie with my family.

This movie was very entertaining. I did not read the book, so I cannot comment on that, but the story and plot are great and the chemistry between the actors is great as well. I have watched it more than once now and because of the feel of the movie will add it to my summer watch list.

Nice story and great actors. Not too long. Original plot. Kate Winslet is always great and she has good chemistry with Josh Brolin.

What a great movie. Even my husband liked it and hes not in to love stories. It was very tender and showed how a man can be a man and take care of a women's needs and make someone who had given up on love, to love again
