This 3 tb drive is fairly small and sleek. USB 3.0 is a nice update. The box promised 10 Gig of space online but the online service only provides 5Gig once one registers their drive. I contacted customer service but not much help there they just reiterated the website to go to to register my HD. Overall a very good product for backing up files. Will sinc with other Mac products quite easily.

I like the Lacie products mainly because they keep the power supply the same with all their units. I also like the easy way to store and label. I do not like the idea that best buy does not carry them continuously.

Great hard drive with large capacity. It had easy set up and looks great.

Bought this to replace a LaCie that died on me after five years. My MacBook Pro recognizes it quickly and Lightroom finds it just as quickly. Its well built and seems very solid, I would highly recommend this drive.

Great product. Very strong and sturdy and small enough to be a great travel drive. Wish it had at least firewire connection to be able to use it as an HD video editing drive.

Overall I think this is a great external hard drive. Nice solid case, on/off switch (many do not have this). The lack of USB 3.0 means it takes more time to transfer files, but that is not an issue for me since I mainly am using it for archiving.

I bought this external hard drive but returned it before using because I I was afraid that I would not work as well as another external hard drive.

Brought my drive home, plugged it into my MacBook and was backing up to Time Machine within 5 minutes. Easy to use and looks great, would definitely recommend this drive to my friends

This was the easier product to install and get running that i have seen. The Porsche backup is silent and the blue light lets me know it is working!

This external hard drive is priced well. It looks nice and is fast. I am happy with this purchase.

After having two Western Digital hard drives fail within 2 years of purchase and being basically brand new since I only backed up my data every 6 months, I was disgusted. A techie pointed me in the direction of the LaCie as a product with better components. I lost 16 years of backup data with Western Digital's two "My Book." Happy with the LaCie.

Needed a large capacity hard drive for backups and to archive my 6,000 classical CDs. This drive is a perfect math.

I store a lot of photos and I'm beginning to work on video as well, so this hard drive is excellent for my usage.

This is my 3rd LaCie drive. These drives are perfect for the large format photo files I work with. Seamless integration with my iMac. Fast data transfer. Next drive I purchase will be NAS and will definitely look at what LaCie has to offer.

Gotta say this is the first time I've given a review, but I am compelled by the complete trash that Seagate has become!! I purchased these LaCie Porsche P'9320 #TB external hard drives thinking I was getting a good drive. Love the design and the feel of the drives and the stability of the horizontal lay. I purchased one in late 2013 and another in early 2014. The first one crashed a month ago, just past warranty (I think 3 years) and the other just followed suit today, a month later!! The cost to recover data? $1700@!!! When I researched further, it was then that I realized these drives used Seagate Barracuda disks. I should have known, literally. I am a photographer and to have both your main and backup go down is a big blow. Several years ago I had a WD fail and WD replaced a 320GB drive with a 4TB U-series raid setup and worked to help recover my data, all outside the warranty. I have 8 WD drives now.

If its your first time backing up its kind of hard still dont understand it
