This is my 4th. Can’t go wrong here, it’s an excellent product a little pricey but worth it.

I use this hard drive to store video files for work (things I don't want filling up my hard drive or synching up with my personal pictures/videos) and it works great. I keep this in my laptop bag and never worry about being damaged. Because of the USB-C cable, I can move these video files quickly to this drive. It does come with a USB-C to USB 3 cable if you have an older computer.

Looks good and is high quality. Did have some issues connecting to Macbook and performing backup. It feels like a premium product.

This 2TB external portable hard drive is compact and designed to be tough if it is dropped.

This is the perfect little storage cabinet you can carry around. It’s indestructible build. Not made to be bounced around because of the rubber protection, but it can take some banging around.

Absolutely love the Laci hard drives ! As a photographer I’m constantly using them to back up my raw files as well as back up all final photos.

Aside from using this for everyday things, I mainly use it for my work as a music producer. Being able to back up all my work and tracks that I work on is great knowing that I'm using this external. It's extremely compact and user friendly. I recommend this for anyone looking for a good external drive. YES! It IS pricey but you're getting a great quality product.

I needed to clear space on my computer and only had a older WD myPassport. Over the years I've heard nothing but good thinks about LaCie so I made the decision to purchase and try it out, and WOW this is hands down the best portable hard drive I've ever used. Speeds are great and I really like the seamless transition from Mac to PC.
