Bought this for my wife. I have one that I use and she loved it so much that I had to buy her one as well. Charges quickly and is easy to use. It's nice because it comes with a few toothbrush heads, so we won't have to buy replacements for a while which is a nice add! I would recommend this toothbrush! Unboxing one of these is a great experience as well!

I ordered the Laifen Wave SE Toothbrush + 2 Brush Heads in Gray, but what I received was black — completely different from what I paid for. I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue, but I was ignored and never got a response. The product itself seems fine, but the wrong color delivery and lack of communication made the whole experience very frustrating. Not what I expected.
