This lap desk has definitely came in clutch when I want to work from bed or on the road. It already broke from where it opens, but it's still holding on!

This is the perfect stand. It has many settings for the angle and the vest part is that you can store cords under it. I can’t stand cords everywhere so this is super helpful.

Perfect for sitting at table, cooking, sitting/laying on couch or bed. For the price it was hard to beat. I looked at nicer ones that had everything you think you’d need. It seems brittle at first but I’ve stepped on it, sat on it, accidentally thrown off bed and had the lab retrieve it. I’d easily buy another so I could set up MacBook Pro and Side Car the iPad for a second screen. The only piece I wish it had was device locks to keep iPad from falling off when laying down.

I purchased this lap desk bc my husband is working from home during the corona virus and want to help make him comfortable as comfortable as I can. He is an essential employee so it was unexpected that he’d be working from home and I had to order everything last min. It was all pretty much out of stock or picked over leaving me with few options. I’m appreciative I was able to get something but if circumstances were different I would not pay $29.99 for this item. If you haven’t already gathered from other reviews, surprise!!! It’s cheap thin plastic that I don’t think I’d recommend for children. I was specifically looking for one with the angle feature so this one fit the bill and it’s light weight where a complaint with other lap desks I looked at that were in stock was they were heavy. Much to my surprise I’d say the price is pretty average for a lap desk considering what was available at the time and it angles. Idk I guess I’m cheap but to me this is worth about $10. If you don’t care about the angle feature I think you could get a better price but keep in mind you are going to be hunched over which was my husbands complaint and the reason for my purchase. I thought it came with the bag and took that into consideration when making my purchase but somehow was mistaken. Another benefit is the portability of it. The downside is there is no room for a notebook or coffee. He’s only used it a few days and so far so good. We like that there are many angle options to choose from (20 I think it said). There were no instructions, not that we would have read them bc that’s how we roll but just an FYI if that’s your thing. It was pretty easy to figure out the thing works. He likes its light weight and easy to carry around the house. Due to the cheap plastic, price and it not coming with a bag I knocked a few stars off. Debating on knocking off another giving it two.
I asked my husband for feedback since he is the one using it daily and unlike myself he’s a man of few words and said “it’s good”. That’s all he’s got for you folks. He also didn’t say anything about the price which is surprising bc he usually has a comment about that but I did ask him while he was working so maybe he’s distracted or really doesn’t care to go into detail with my fellow review readers. I’m certain he’s unaware of how helpful these reviews really are especially since he doesn’t even know how to shop online so don’t take it personal. Since that’s all I do is shop online I’m big into reading reviews before making a purchases bc I find them to be very helpful. Between the reviews, specifications, research and pictures 95% of the time I am happy with my purchases and have no issues. I rarely leave reviews even though I should bc I rely so heavily on them (I guess that’s a jerk move on my end though I’m not very good at descriptions) I felt compelled to write this one.
I do all my shopping online so I can say with confidence I’m really good picking things out or spotting potential issues but I thought for sure it came with the carrying case/bag so the picture is very misleading. Being a pro online shopper I usually catch that type of thing. It’s obvious that the laptop isn’t included and I remember chuckling to myself upon reading the indication that so I feel like I would have caught the indication for bag not included. I guess exhaustion had set in and I was trying to get something quick. I had already gathered from the other reviews it was cheap thin plastic but assumed the bag came with it and that’s why I chose to fork over the money for this specific one.
I don’t know why I’m so put off by not getting the bag bc my husband already has one and for $30 the quality would have been garbage I’m sure BUT my young son COULD have used it. I guess it’s for the best bc if it’s cheap he probably shouldn’t use it and risk breaking his laptop. I guess due to the price and thin look of the bag I was expecting both. I almost called Best Buy to let them know they sent me the wrong one until I checked the pics again. I swear I saw a pic of a guy on a train pulling the lap desk out of the bag and there were more pics. I’m going back to read the reviews again bc I don’t recall the bag being mentioned in any and I’m calling Best Buy anyway bc I have an issue with another product I ordered but don’t worry guys, promise I’ll leave a review on that one too. See this is why I don’t leave reviews bc I end up rambling on like the Stay at Home Mom I am with awful descriptions. I put the most important stuff in the beginning bc people probably gave up reading but if you continued through the end thanks, you’re good people.

My daughter purchased this Lap Desk for me as a Valentine's Day gift. Surprisingly, the unit works get with my HP laptop. As a matter of fact, I'm writing this review because I purchased this Lap Desk for wife. My wife started to use my Lap Desk with her HP laptop because it's sturdy, has the perfect angle and it lightweight.

I’ve been looking for a ‘better mouse trap’ forever.
I don’t know how many computer tables / lap boards I’ve tried.
This one is comfortable on my legs. It’s got padding. I can tilt the try to an angle comfortable for my hands and that allows me to tip the screen for great lighting.
My thin computer slips off most lap tables. This has a pop up edge that keeps it in place.
I only use the touch pad so this is the perfect size for me without extra space on the sides.
Note: there is no room if you use a mouse.
I happen to finally be happy.

I very rarely use it open to elevate my laptop, I mostly use it closed as a flat surface with a soft bottom side. Very comfortable, can’t say much about the durability when used open but if you use it the way I do it will last a long time

Very Versatile Lapdesk

I was looking for a lapdesk I could use with my tablet and laptop and this fit the bill perfectly. It’s compact and the angle of the top is adjustable to fit any situation whether sitting in my recliner, laying in bed or seated to get my laptop screen to a more comfortable height. I like the fact that it has side latches to keep it secure when folded. It is light weight and has a bit of a cheap feel with its plastic parts but is holding up quite well so far. When considering this for purchase be sure to check the size, as lap desks go it is on the small side, if you are planning to use a mouse with your laptop there won’t be room, I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch and it is not much bigger than the footprint of the laptop. Overall I am very pleased with this.

when I lay on my bed and have my laptop on my stomach, watching videos or surfing the web. I can't really see the keyboard so I have to pick up my head and lean forward to see the keys and type. while doing that, it hurts my neck. So bought this to adjust the height where I can see the keyboard and start typing with no problem. It absolutely solved the issue and has alot of angles to put it at. Also got cushion at the bottom for comfort!

I love this! Bottom padding is NOT BULKY, but soft enough you can use this on your lap for hours. Easily fits in laptop bag full of folders, laptop, and other stuff. Slant height is so multiple-adjustable it works about anywhere for me - tabletop, countertop, lap. Surprisingly sturdy for the price. Have had for about 3 months now, use almost daily, don't treat it particularly carefully (as in: don't slam it into the wall or anything, but, like, don't WORRY about being careful of it, either), and it still looks and functions like new.

Lightweight, adjustable to multiple heights, padded on the bottom so won’t scratch the surface it placed on, snapped closed, sized to fit in a backpack or tote bag.

This lapdesk is very comfortable as the underside is padded, and it has grips to keep the laptop from sliding. I also use it on my desk to elevate my laptop as it really improves the strain from typing on a laptop keyboard. My son discovered an alternative use for this lapdesk--It makes a great desktop easel because he can use the maximum height, 7 inches, for his sketchpads.

This lap desk works awesome with my Chrome Book. It has many adjustments allowing you to position screen to be the most optimal to you. It also makes using the keyboard 100% better than flat. It also allows air to circulate, keeping the Chrome Book from overheating. It is soft on the bottom and comfortable on the knees.

This is a pretty good bang for your buck, I honestly have dropped this thing a few too many times and it's still holding. It helps prevent straining on my neck while working by keeping my eyes straight and head up instead of hunched over to see the screen.
