    Installer disassembled and took it away. Not much expertise needed for that.

    Very impressed. Crew was very personable and professional. Everyone wore masks/handled with care. No dings in the walls. Amazing customer service!

    The Geek Squad guys who came to do the uninstall were courteous and fast. I'm waiting for an email to confirm that they uninstalled and returned the item.

    One of the worst experiences without a doubt 1. We ordered a thread mill 2. Delivery came when they stared assembling, they realized some items were missing. They said they will come back next with all the parts 3. We got a doubt that it may be used item. Decided to ask them ship a new one and pick this up. 4. Crew of two came to pick up the old one. They looked at the thread mill and it needs four people 5. We called many times and each time on hold for long time. 6. They would not return money until it was picked up. 7. It took them couple of weeks to finally pick it up.
