Great came in took down treadmill and removed from home.

Best Buy sold and installed for us a defective treadmill. It emits a toxic smell that cannot be remedied. Called the manufacturer and was told to return it. Best Buy came to pick it up and could not take it apart so we had to make another appointment to have original installers from Best Buy remove it. They did not show up for the appointment. We called and they said they had canceled the appointment without telling us, we have made another appointment but will be shocked if they come and take it away. Will probably have to pay someone to remove it. I put in a dispute on my credit card. Poor product and no service. Will never buy anything there again.

Setting a window for the crew to arrive from 7am to 7pm is ridiculous. There is no update throughout the day saying where you are in line.

Installers came to pick up the damaged treadmill which they damaged when they delivered and installed it. Decided to try to remove the treadmill from my family room in the basement without taking it apart. Got it to the top of the stairs when they realized that it won’t fit out the door. Now they’re start taking it apart at the top of the stairs while trying to balance it from falling back downstairs. They scratched up my stair railing, my walls, and the door. Would not recommend Best Buy for appliance and installation…..I advise to go somewhere else!!!
