Totaltech is not worth your money. We were reimbursed $47 dollars from the $199.99 we paid for BestBuy Totaltech for having a defective treadmill that was not fixed and wasn't ever used. The availability to customers is not what they advertise. This was written by the delivery staff "Upon deliver the treadmill was put together but machine won't start, won't turn-x" ; however. Best Buy Totaltech took six weeks to send a tech. Problem was never solved. We ended up paying $150 dollars for nothing.

I fell off this equipment after paying and called for months begging them to replace the screws they had removed. This is a lie that they did their job. I was told that the screws are at their warehouse, but nobody will FIX THE PROBLEM.

I took the day off from work because it was confirmed that they would be here between 7am and 1pm. They called at 2:45 pm (almost 2 hrs after they were supposed to show up) to tell me that they would be there between 4pm and 7 pm. They didnt actually show up until 6:45pm which wasted my whole day and lost a day of work/ money for me. When they showed up, they took my equipment and left within 5 minites. No paperwork given back to me, no confirmation...

The exercise bike we bought was delivered broken. We had an appointment to have it replaced but the delivery company only had paper work to pick up the broken bike. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get the matter fixed. Finally got on the schedule to have a new bike delivered, but have to wait another week. It’s been over a month since we had the original bike delivered an have not been able to use it.

Good quality for the price, but make too loud noise.

worked great for about one week then it stopped working called it in and they sent a specialist to come look at it and said it was defective and put on order needed to be replaced then we waited weeks just to be told we were not going to be able to get a new one for months due to out of stock! we paid over $3400 and we were only refunded $3200. would never buy fitness equipment here again!

Best Buy has the absolute worst subcontractors. First team installed a broken treadmill and lied about it. Had the treadmill uninstalled and "returned" the treadmill. Treadmill was never returned and I have yet to receive a refund. Have had to contact total tech on multiple different occasions.

You have received my comments about the ineptness of your TOTAL TECH. There is no need to go into this further. You have a division of the Keystone cops working for you in the guise of the The Geek Squad. There is nothing you can do about it except to eliminate this group altogether.

Best Buy didn't even show up for their original designated appointment and it is going to take another 3 and half weeks for them to reschedule their own Blunder! Be warned to even deal with this incompleteness! Don't ever count on them for ant large items. They are CLUELESS!

Junk. Belt would stick and shutter. You get what you pay for.

Still waiting to have it completed after two different no shows from Best Buy promised dates of 26 May and 4 June between 7 AM - 1: PM. That never happened!!!

Broke after four uses. Took forever to get best buy to actually show up and swap it put. When they did they destroyed my walls, stairs and molding.

Still waiting for Treadmill Uninstall to be completed 30 days after initially requested.

I personally had to uninstall equipment prior to return pickup after waiting over 2 weeks for a return product pickup schedule date.

You get a zero. Assembled broken. They never showed up to bring the exchanged unit.

The equipment was removed quickly without any problems, and the people were very pleasant about it.
