    Awesome air purifier. Automatic setting was the primary reason why I went with this one over all of the other options out there. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible customer service that Lasko has. Upon receiving it, the included remote didn't work at all. I tried calling Lasko 20 times over the course of a week and kept on holding for up to 30 minutes each time!! I tried messaging them on their website and finally received a response 4 days later: "The cost for the remote control would be $ 5.00 ,plus $5.20 for S/H.. Total cost $10.20. We except Visa or Master card. Please call me direct at 1-800-394-3267 extn # to place an order. Thank you" Are you kidding me? I purchase a $200 product which contains a non functioning remote and this is the response I get? If the air purifier didn't work so well I would've already returned it just on principle. Otherwise I'd recommend it.
