    I purchased an open box in excellent condition; it was far from excellent. It was missing everything: the remote, paperwork, etc. I called customer service, got disconnected while waiting for a supervisor, and was on hold for approximately 25 minutes for a supervisor. The only thing they could do was send me a label to ship it back. Let's see how long for a refund.

    Very nice controls, articulation is excellent. the only issue is quality controll. only lasted 2 months
