Just wanted to hold the keyring, have a low profile and stand up to some abuse. So far, it's been 6 months and keyring holder held up like a champ on my daily key set. Silicone material repels a lot of elements that would probably deteriorate leather/plastic/latex, its thin and not very noticeable.
