I love this movie and it’s great quality and sound is great

My wife and I are both fans of Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler and enjoyed both of their roles in "Law Abiding Citizen". We always like to run across movies that show actors' roles early in their respective careers. This movie was definitely a thriller from start to finish, full of fast paced action throughout, and sprinkled with ample jolts and surprises. Some of the violence was certainly brutal and bloody. The characters and acting were well done, and the entire cast did a great job. This was a terrific, fast paced thriller/action movie that kept us glued to our seats.

These sorts of movies create the genre of "you can fight City Hall" film, a rather uniquely American style. When the state and its justice system screws over Clyde Shelton (Gerard Burler), he decides to screw them right back, with dangerous results. Whether you find yourself rooting for Shelton, or Jaime Foxx's Nick Rice, you have to thing about WHY you root for them. Despite coming out 8 years ago, this movie feel no less current now.

This film is brilliantly made, with a story that forces an inner conflict within yourself. The actors brought their A-game on this one, although, (Jamie Foxx can seem a little goofy in his acting, at times. Here's a comedian.. so) This film will make you question and closely examine both sides of the U.S. justice system. I love this movie.

The steelbook is nothing special to look at! If your looking to buy this edition especially for the steelbook I would go Blu-ray or 4K ! The 4K version of the movie is fantastic. The extra sound boost really helps bring Law Abiding Citizen to life.
