Lawrence of Arabia is a great movie. Its 7 Oscar wins are well deserved. Follows a brilliant British military figure and his conflicted loyalties during wartime service.

I went to three Best Buy’s today to attempt to buy a mint condition copy of Lawrence on steelbook 4K, my most anticipated release of the year. I searched through 20 copies. 12 of them were spine slashed by a gorilla opening the box at different stores. Of the ones I purchased and exchanged, all were dented, some scratched, and some weird vertical lines from printing error. Overall, a terrible release from Sony, with poor handling of product by Best Buy. I also ordered 6 copies from another retailer, same experience. Sony dropping the ball with this release.

Classic! One-of-a-kind film. Reminder of what movies should be

As much as I love Lawrence of Arabia, it is even better when viewed in High Definition. The collectible steel package is a perfect complement to this classic.

This is a classic film that won Best Picture in 1962. It looks great in Blu-ray and the Steelbook makes for a nice collector's edition. Should be watched by all.

Not much more can be said about the movie. The Steelbook packaging is very nice, however, very attractive and well made. Easy snap-in and release of the DVD.

This is a great movie on a grand scale. This restored version upscales to 4K with this Blue ray Edition.

Finally a bluray version of a great film about a famous, if not chaotic, character. Based on true history and even available in a steel-book version now.

This is not a movie that needs to be reviewed by me. If you haven’t seen it and like epics from an era long gone. This is one of the best.

We all know the movie, but the transfer, audio and special features are fantastic. The color pops off the screen.

Great restoration of a classic. Beautiful picture in 4K.

It was like watching the movie when it first came out, even better. The transfer to Blu-Ray is beautiful, the color of the desert never looked so good.

Lawrence of Arabia should be in any movie lovers library. It shows the tenuous nature of relationships between nations and people.

This is a great and timeless movie. I was thrilled to see the bluray disk available in steelbook, and quickly snatched it up! Well worth the low price!

What a treat it was to find this at the Best Buy. It has intermission in the movie. It is almost historical accurate. It translates very well to the small screen.
