originally this was under the name gigaset, then changed to lepan. within 6 months of purchase the usb charging port broke. The warranty claim was ridiculous to make where they required you ship the tablet in an antistatic bag. the lady was surprised I didn't save the original packaging,(who does) anyway after 6 correspondences and one month later got my replacement tablet, after 1 month the volume control buttons broke so volume could only be controlled under settings, then a month later it falls 2 feet off a chair on thin carpet and the screen cracks. I contact lepan only to be told even though this would still be under the original warranty date they only replace a tablet once. aside from the fall which is our fault there was a defective part on the usb port on one volume on another and btw even the new one the usb port was very sensitive. cheaply made product with horrible customer service

Found it extremely frustrating to use and am going to take it back
