All the games in the store and online are for k-2 kids. The onoly way to find an age appropriate (8+) game was to use the download. Wouldn't recommed a leappad for a child over 6

We were able to catch the $20 card on sale for $15 which was really a great deal when combined with the holiday sale on apps through leappad. Easy to use!

Awesome tablet and good for kids that are in the early stages of learning. Very educational games and lots of fun.

this is good because you can use it to downloand the games you want and not have to purchase actual games

I really like the Leapfrog purchase cards which work the same way as most app cards to purchase other things online. I got this for my god daughter and her brother so they were excited.

Buying from Best Buy allows you to get more games or books for your money from the leapfrog App Store. I wish they qualified for free shipping on purchases over $35, but it is still a great deal

Item is wonderful as a gift, I would appreciate less packaging however--an entire three-dimensional box is not necessary to sell a small card. I purchased this on sale and had a $5 birthday gift as well. When I went on the LeapFrog website, they were also running a 40% off all apps sale, so I got a few really good apps for the price of one!

Wanted to give mom n dad opportunity to pick out some of the games for the kids. Games are on the expensive side.

I bought my son a LeapPad 2 for Christmas. I bought this card for easy to use app buying. I got it set up on his account very easily even though we haven't bought anything yet.

The games are fantastic for the kids, but they can be a little difficult to download. It also didn't appear to be much cheaper that simply buying it from the store.

Do you like giving gift cards for Christmas? Here's a way to give them any time of year for anyone with a LeapPad. Then, they can go online and pickup new games. Of course, if they don't understand the card value vs. the game cost, they might want a bit more than one can get with the card.

My child has been wanting to add apps to his LeapsterGS for a while. A $20 Leapfrog app store gc is perfect because, when combined with a sale (usually 50%) I can buy him a bunch of games at a great price.
