Nice bike for the money

I bought this e bike for the weight and size not having to mess with a derailleur and chain. I’ve been really happy with it except one thing I bought it with the standard battery based on the estimated range big mistake I’m only getting about 15 maybe a little more so if you’re buying this bike spend the extra 200.00 and get the long range battery

Excellent bike for the price!

I bought this bike for my 13 year old son. It was so easy to assemble, as it came mostly put together. I had to look up a few things like where the key goes and how exactly that works but other than that, it was super simple! Excellent choice for a first e bike! He loves it and I even ride it from time to time so I guess now it’s time to get one for myself!

Defective Piece Poor Support from Customer Service

The bike we received was defective, specifically with a faulty battery and a damaged front wheel. Because we discovered these issues 10 days after delivery, Best Buy denied our return request. As a result, we were forced to coordinate directly with Lectric eBikes to resolve the matter. We would have appreciated it if Best Buy had thoroughly inspected the bike before shipping it, or at least accepted responsibility for the defects and issued a refund.

Stopped Working

Never write reviews but I had to share my experience. Bought this bike a month ago and loved it a lot. Unfortunately after 27 miles the bike stopped working. Completely turned off on me while riding home. And now it won’t even stay on longer than 10 seconds and would just stay off until the next day. Customer service tried helping me but nothing worked in the end. Wasted a lot of money for something that didn’t last at all.

Malfunction after a month

I have been riding this less than 1 month. It powered off during my ride with error code 6 even after fully charged. I bought this brand because it seems reliable brand. But, I am disappointed. It shouldn't be like this.
