Thin case but the software totally sucks

The graphics are somewhat attractive but.... But the "software" that comes with it is beyond annoying. It's constantly downloading updates which make the phone stuttery while they are happening and twice I've gotten a message that I need to remove the car and put it back on due to an error???? Plus apparently it will only get support until 2022? Not clear at all what that Mensa

Samsung screens break too easy

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phones ok but the first time I stuck it in my pocket the screen protector peeled back and even tho the phone is in a protective case the screen cracked the first time it fell of my bed I have a hundred dollar blu phone that's way more durable so this was a waste of a thousand bucks to think I did like Samsung not any more the screens break too easy even with gorilla glass

You can turn off the lame theme that comes with it thankfully but I decided to return it because it turned out to be a waste of money
