I am not a very tech savvy person and found this device to be very difficult and frustrating to setup. There is an online tutorial in the Ledger Live App that is a required download to run this device, and while the tutorial was a bit helpful, it was not entirely thorough in my opinion, and left me to figure out some things on my own. **Also** like many other other commenters remarked about, I too was unable to get the battery to charge. Out of frustration, I tweaked the charging cable once inserted into the device in hopes of getting the connections to make a better contact, and only then did it finally begin to charge. After a few days in, everything seems to be working okay.

This Ledger is a good product and I also really love being able to get it in purple! It stands out and makes it easy to keep track of it!

What can I say, not your wallet not your crypto. This was very simple to set up and move my crypto currencies over to. Feel better not keeping anything on an exchange.

Excellent piece of hardware. I had the nano and the storage left something to be desired so I made the jump to a larger platform. Same features just far more room for a larger variety of coin apps. If you spread it around its worth paying a little more so you don’t have to keep removing and re-adding coins. Would definitely recommend

So far enjoying it. Much better than the cheaper version. Especially when dealing with transferring many assets at a time as the buttons are in an easier location to press and the bluetooth is handy as well for using with phantom mobile.

There's a large batch of these units in circulation from late 2021-early 2022(now) that have a serious hardware issue. The batter within the device can NOT charge, leaving it to only work while connected via cable. This used to be a simple fix to do at home, however they recently have changed the way that they manufacture the internal board, making it impossible to fix. Returning mine for an Nano S, which as it stands does nearly the same exact thing as the Nano X right now, at $100 less.

Glad to see that Best Buy is an official Ledger reseller as listed on their website. The choice to buy was a no-brainer decision. Remember to also secure your device or computer too before jumping into crypto, that is also a no-brainer. Now let the crypto gods bounce up a stellar recovery. I’m holding long, so buy the dip and trade safe!

Great product, fast and smooth delivery. The product is everything I expected.

This is a pretty basic product, easy to use. Quality could be done better. Only issue first charge stoppped at 99%. If setting up Ledger Live first on pc make sure you have an internet connection or it wont connect to nano. If you have a newer mac youll also need a usbc to usbc cable to connect. Only usb to usbc included.

I love this device, it makes me feel secure knowing that my crypto is secure.

Love my Ledger; provides that extra sense of security knowing my assets are offline and secure. I had Best Buy dollars saved so I got a really good deal, around $70 for the Nano X. Still getting familiar with all the functionality but so far, does what I needed it to, any thing additional is a plus.
